Navigate to Staff then select a staff member and open the Commissions tab, then choose the Courses section.

Select the commission timing model: on sale at POS, on each session delivery, or a blended split percentage.

Set the commission rate for each course type — as a percentage of the sale price or a fixed amount per session.

Save — the model applies to all course transactions involving this staff member from this point.

Review the Commissions Report filtered by Courses to see earnings per course type per staff member.
