Edit any task at any time — change the assignee, update the due date, add progress notes, upload supporting files, or change the status. Every edit is logged in the task history so managers can track how work progressed and who made changes. Closing a task logs the completion time automatically.

How It Works

Open the task from the Tasks Overview or a notification

Update any field: assignee, due date, priority, description, or status

Add a progress note to explain what has been done or what is still needed

Change the status to Completed — the task closes and the completion time is logged
